Daum Games Europe has finalized details on the western version of Black Desert and made them public.

It is due to launch in early 2016 as a premium service. This means there will be no free version or subscriptions available. You’ll pay upfront for the game once and can then purchase vanity and convenience items inside the game after that.

Previously, Daum Games had said that the western version of Black Desert would be available later this year. Obviously that’s been pushed back now. The publisher also asked fans if they wanted both a free-to-play and pay-to-play server. Now it’s only offering the latter option.

With these new announcements, Daum Games is prepping for Black Desert’s launch in North America and Europe, hence it has released a new trailer and opened up a new teaser site. You can watch the trailer above.
