Blade is a powerful Wind Destruction character who is a fantastic DPS character to have in Honkai: Star Rail. In order to make the most of his kit, which features many AOE attacks, and make it easier for him to survive, it’s important to stack him with HP. The best way to quickly do that is by leveling him up and ascending him. However, some of Blade’s Ascension materials are entirely new ones added in Honkai: Star Rail 1.2.
Here are all the Ascension Materials you need to max out Blade in Honkai: Star Rail:
Ascension 1:
- 4000 Credits
- 5 Immortal Scionettes
Ascension 2:
- 8000 Credits
- 10 Immortal Scionettes
Ascension 3:
- 16,000 Credits
- 3 Ascendant Debris
- 8 Immortal Aeroblossoms
Ascension 4:
- 40,000 Credits
- 7 Ascendant Debris
- 9 Immortal Aeroblossoms
Ascension 5:
- 80,000 Credits
- 20 Ascendant Debris
- 6 Immortal Lumintwigs
Ascension 6:
- 160,000 Credits
- 35 Ascendant Debris
- 9 Immortal Lumintwigs
You can get Ascendant Debris from Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Rime. This is a new Stagnant Shadow that appeared in Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.2, and you can unlock it after you finish the Trailblaze Mission for 1.2. As for Immortal Aeroblossoms and Immortal Lumintwigs, you can get them from enemies such as Mara-Struck Soldiers and Abundance Sprites.
How to Level Up Blade’s Traces in Honkai: Star Rail:
As a Destruction character, you’ll need to farm the Storage Zone Calyx for his Traces. He is also the first character in the game to take Regret of Infinite Ochema. This is a drop from Echo of War: Phantylia the Undying, which is a weekly boss that debuted in the first half of Version 1.2.
In order to fully ascend a Trace from Level 1 to 10, you’ll need to get:
- 652,500 Credits
- 8 Immortal Scionettes
- 13 Immortal Aeroblossoms
- 7 Immortal Lumintwigs
- 3 Shattered Blades
- 15 Lifeless Blades
- 30 Worldbreaker Blades
- 3 Regret of Infinite Ochemas
- 2 Tracks of Destiny
To make the most of your materials, you should prioritize Blade’s Basic Attack, then his Skill, then his Ultimate. His Basic Attack is what he uses the most, and his Skill will enhance all aspects of his kit. His Ultimate is good, but it’s really not going to be the main damage source.
Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on Windows PC and mobile devices. PS4 and PS5 versions are ini development.
