Sega Fave announced a new collection of hybrid plush and hard toy collectables named BLOFFFu, featuring a variety of popular characters and franchises. The first batch will feature 36 characters, and they will release in Japan on October 16, 2026. There’s no word yet about a worldwide launch.
Under the slogan of “perfectly mismatched,” each toy in this new line of Sega Fave collectables features a plush-like soft toy part for the head of the characters, and a hard, molded plastic body, as well as other molded plastic details included in the soft toy, such as eyes or accessories that the characters wear.
The toys will be available in the sizes Bit, Mod, and Deka. The Bit sized toys cost 2,420 yen (~$15.60) and they are relatively small keychain-style toys. Meanwhile, the Mod sizes are available for 3,980 yen (~$25.66) and they are medium sized toys roughly the size of a Funko figure that has limited articulated range. Finally, the Deka toys cost 8,980 yen (~$57.90) and are drastically bigger than the Bit and Mod sizes.

In addition, a BLOFFFu pop up store will appear in The [ ] Store at Miyashita Park in Tokyo between October 16 and November 11, 2026 to celebrate the release of the new toys.
The roster of characters available for the BLOFFFu toys is pretty eclectic, but an even more eclectic combo is the Spongebob x One Piece McDonald’s Happy Meal toys that just started appearing in the US on September 15, 2026.
The new BLOFFFu collection of toys will appear in Japan on October 16, 2026.
