We now know the release date for BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites, the remastered version of WayForward’s take on the series. People will be able to follow Rayne on her last mission again on September 9, 2021. It will be available on all active consoles and PCs. There’s also a new trailer showing off how it works.
WayForward’s take on Rayne’s adventures involves exploring a 2D world, hacking and shooting through any opponents in her way. She’ll be facing the supernatural again as she explores an unsettling mansion, dealing with new foes in each level.
Here’s the BloodRayne Betrayal release date trailer. While there’s minimal voice acting, you can very briefly hear Laura Bailey as Rayne. The main draw of this video is to show how the remastered version of the game looks on more modern platforms.
The BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites release date is September 9, 2021. It will come to the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Limited Run Games will offer physical copies of it. However, it is currently unknown if there will be a collector’s edition release of the game after it launches. The original version of the game appeared on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and later the PC.
