When Blue Reflection arrived on PCs, a rather large flaw was discovered. During a critical story moment in Chapter 7: Philosopher and Empress, a cutscene would take place in The Common. The game would crash, preventing progress. Koei Tecmo has released at patch that repairs this issue. (Note: this issue was not present in the PlayStation 4 version of the game.)

In addition to the Chapter 7 crash, this Blue Reflection patch fixes another crash issue. If people were playing the game for a long time on PCs, the game might have crashed. This should repair that. The tutorial and other illustrations now display at 1920×1080 resolution.

Blue Reflection is available for the PlayStation 4 and PC.
