On August 7 in North America. Boogie comes bundled with a microphone so you can sing along to a songs including a track by M.C. Hammer (hmm I wonder which one EA Montreal chose…). Music from Cyndi Lauper, Kool & the Gang, the Village People and Britney Spears are in Boogie’s song list for players to dance to with the Wii remote / nunchuck combo. The family friendly selection of music might be a double edged sword for Electronic Arts. On one hand parents will by the game even if kids aren’t familiar with the Jackson 5 on the other they are missing out on the core Karaoke Revolution audience.
