This first Spriggan anime teaser is incredibly brief. The clip is mainly used to set the stage for things to come. It explains that a tablet passed down from an ancient civilization warned about their discoveries possibly endangering the world. It asked people who would find it to seal their work. From there, we see Yu, one of the Spriggan who work with ARCAM to keep these OOPArts from being misused.

Here’s the full clip. It follows the reveal of the series’ poster earlier in October 2020.

At the end, the teaser offered a reminder of the various people can studios involved with the series. Here’s the full staff list from the video.

  • Anime Production: David Production
  • Character Designer: Shuhei Handa
  • Director: Hiroshi Kobayashi
  • Story and Screenplay: Hiroshi Seko

Previously, David Production worked on Cells at Work, Fire Force, Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation, Monster Hunter Stories: Ride: On, and a number of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure anime adaptations.
