Build-a-Bear already started selling its 2026 holiday and Christmas plush immediately after Halloween and added new Frosted and snowy versions of Pochacco, Kuromi, and Hello Kitty to its Sanrio collection. The Hello Kitty and Pochacco are in-store and online, but you can only get Kuromi through the official website. In each case, the plush alone costs $38, but it can be between $55 and $67.50 for the full bundle with custom outfit and accessories.
While all of the characters’ outfits tend to match, the actual plush fabric differs. All of them have a blue color scheme. However, Frosted Hello Kitty is more of an arctic blue with blue eyes and whiskers, a pink nose, and pink and white bow. The Frosted Pochacco and Kuromi are primarily white with cornflower blue accents on their ears and hood. He has white snowflakes embroidered on his ears, while her hat has a lighter shade skull on the front. If you just buy the Kuromi plush with no clothes, you can still have it arrive unstuffed and have it filled at a store.
All three have snow-ready outfits with them if you buy the bundle. Both the Kuromi and Pochacco options are $55 each. Her outfit is a dress that features a holiday-style sweater on the upper half with her face all over it and an iridescent purple, green, and blue skirt. Pochacco comes with a snow suit with zipper on the front that has a pattern with his face, snowy trees, and a cottage on it. Meanwhile, Hello Kitty is more expensive and costs $67.50 since she comes with a Snowman Hello Kitty Mini Beans plush. her outfit is a pink, shiny puffer coat and a patterned pair of snow pants with her face, more snowy trees, and another cottage on them.
