Build-a-Bear’s Dragonite Is Looking Pretty Friendly

This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information

Dragonite is the new Build-a-Bear Pokemon plush, and you might just be able to get one shipped to your home in time for Christmas. The new character is now available alone or in a bundle online. It is also larger than the average character in this collection, just like Snorlax, and won’t fit in the usual Build-a-Bear carrying box.

If you buy the Build-a-Bear Dragonite alone, it will cost $29/£21.50. However, the official site offers a deluxe bundle for $59/£45, and it comes with winter clothing to protect the toy from those ice-type attacks. This gives you Dragonite, a five-in-one sound chip, a purple Dragonite cape, and the Dragonite hat and scarf. (The clothing items are compatible with other Pokemon plush toys from the store.)

There are two other notable, Pokemon-related additions to the store. One is a Happy Holidays shirt that has Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle on it for $9. The other is a general sale that takes 30% off the price of all Pokemon items except Dragonite. So the Eevee, Meowth, Pikachu, Snorlax, Snubbull, and Squirtle bundles are all reduced

Here’s a closer look at the Dragonite and its accessories.

The Build-a-Bear Dragonite plush is now available, though the bundle with the hat and scarf, cloak, and five-in-one sound chip is only available online.
