Build an Xbox 360 Out of Blocks with a Lego-Like Mega Set

Mattel revealed a new kit for its MEGA Lego style building block set range that lets you build a 3:4 scale model of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 out of blocks. Sold exclusively at Target, the kit will cost $149.99. It is scheduled to release on October 8, 2023.

Consisting of over 1,300 pieces, the kit also includes parts to build a controller, hard drive, and game case, as well as the console itself. The game case comes with a cover depicting a blocky version of Halo 3. When the disc is inserted into the console, it activates lights on the motherboard. The hard drive and several side panels are removable to reveal an interior modeled with electronics and interactive elements.

Mattel also partnered with Good Smile Company to produce a Barbie Nendoroid back in March 2023. Meanwhile, Microsoft recently partnered with Funko to create a Pop! figure of VASCO from Starfield, with the game itself also headed to the Game Pass subscription service along with the upcoming Lies of P.

The Mega Xbox 360 Collector Building set is available to pre-order from Target. It is set to release on October 8, 2023.
