Mages extended 5pb beyond visual novels with Phantom Breaker and the vertical shoot ’em up Bullet Soul. Bullet Soul: Infinite Burst is a follow up to the 2011 game with a new Union Burst system. Shmups usually skew towards hardcore gamers, but Mages says Bullet Soul: Infinite Burst is fine tuned for genre fans and new comers.
