There are three main areas of improvement for The Caligula Effect: Overdose with the first being a major upgrade in visuals, double the scenario volume with a new route, and plenty of new characters.

Here’s a look at a new female protagonist voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro, who voiced Toko in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc. 
Two new members of the Go-Home Club in Ayana Anamoto (CV: Maria Naganawa) and Eijin Biwasaka (CV: Kenji Akabane). 
Two new “Musicians” in Kuchinashi (CV: ???) by PinocchioP and Stork (CV: ???) by DECO*28.
