Grandia developer Game Arts is turning Ragnarok Online into a multiplayer hunting game. Ragnarok Odyssey isn’t Poring Hunter, however, their game has flair and monsters so big you have to triple jump to hit them.
As you can see, Ragnarok Odyssey only shares a world setting in common with the PC game. Since the PlayStation Vita game is almost a reinvention of the series mythology, GungHo Games, parent company of Ragnarok I.P. holder Gravity Games and Game Arts, might be able to find new fans for the MMORPG.
Ragnarok Odyssey is slated for release on February 2 in Japan. Check out our hands on impressions of the game here.
