As we’ve seen with Evo’s move to Evo Online this year, Capcom will follow with 18 online regional tournaments. It will start with a tournament in the NA East region on June 6, 2020. Winners of each of the 18 online tournaments will automatically qualify for Capcom Cup 2020. In addition to the 18 winners, the Capcom Cup 2019 champion, iDom, will be offered a slot at the Capcom Cup 2020. Now that leaves one more slot, and it will go out o one of the 31 finalists from Capcom Cup 2019 through a community vote.
