The Nintendo Switch version of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker has just received a major free update. The game is now compatible with the Nintendo Labo VR Kit. Once people grab the patch, they can begin using the VR goggles to experience a small chunk of the game in VR.

The Captain Toad VR support lets people go through four of the game’s levels in VR. This means you get to see Briny Bowl Swimming Hole, Mine Cart Tunnel Throwdown, The Treasure at Mushroom Ruins, and Walleye Tumble Temple in a new way.

Here is Nintendo’s tweet, which includes a video showing the Nintendo Labo VR treasure tracking firsthand.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 04: VR Kit are both immediately available for the Nintendo Switch. You can also find Captain Toad on the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Wii U.
