Super Mega Team is bringing its 2D cartoon shooter Rise & Shine to PC (via Steam) and console in early 2016, and Adult Swim will be publishing it.
Rise & Shine will have you playing as a kid called Rise who lives on Gamearth (the world of classic game characters) and who is locked in a battle with the invading muscular soldiers known as Space Grunts.
Luckily, Rise has his legendary gun, Shine, that is both sentient and able to shoot a variety of different bullets to help Rise out in his battles, adding a kind of puzzley twist to the levels.
