In Casting Voice, you’ll be in charge of casting and recording with over 40 different voice actors. The game also has a built-in mini recording studio that’ll let you record your own voiceovers. Famitsu reveals that this feature will also include lines from six different Tales of games.
In order to take advantage of this feature, you’ll need a USB microphone hooked up to your PlayStation 3 for the game’s recording mode. Once you have your recording gear set, you’ll be able to take on various recordings.
This time, Bandai Namco shares that they’ll be including these titles:
- Tales of Symphonia
- Tales of Destiny
- Tales of Destiny 2
- Tales of Hearts R
- Tales of the Abyss
- Tales of Vesperia
Casting Voice will have popular scenes from the six games of the Tales of series. It’ll also indicate what kind of personality or voice type each character has. For example; Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia would be categorized as hot-blooded and Colette as calm or placid.
Additionally, here’s a look at 10 new voice actor characters that were recently revealed for Casting Voice:
Fumiyuki Kanzaki (VA: Wataru Hatano) and Yukiya Nakajima (VA: Kentaro Ito)
Koichi Youjyou (VA: Hikaru Midorikawa) and Hirokazu Sato (VA: Masaya Matsukaze)
Chitose Tokito (VA: Kenjirou Tsuda) and Elena Klyuchevsky Todo (VA: Ryoko Shiraishi)
Ami Hirasawa (VA: Aya Hisakawa)and Akira Namino (VA: Ai Nonaka)
Izuki Yao (VA: Mai Aizawa) and Kotone Isshiki (VA: Shiori Mikami)
Casting Voice will be released on June 19, 2014 for PlayStation 3.
