People will need to take some time to update Cat Quest II, beclaws new features are here. A free update has not only made a number of rebalancing changes, but added Mew Game+. People will have a chance to go through the story again, this time with a more competent AI pawtner if you play alone.
The Cat Quest II New Game+ option offers the player a degree of control over their second (or third, or fourth) run. When you begin, you decide how much more challenging it will be, as the game will let you adjust the enemies’ levels. You’ll have all of your abilities, equipment, and experience when you go through subsequent runs, so it could end up still feeling challenging. You’ll also be able to check how far you have come, as both standard and New Game+ runs will show you how much you have completed when you head to the in-game menu.
The other change has to do with Cat Quest II’s AI. People have the option to play the game alone, swapping between the two furry friends. However, you could also have a friend join you to control the second hero. People who choose to go it alone should notice some improvements to the AI that controls the second character.
Cat Quest II is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
