2017 is a big year for the Final Fantasy series, as it is celebrating its 30th anniversary since its very first release in Final Fantasy back in 1987. Here’s its Timeless Legacy Trailer looking back at its history.

Square Enix celebrated the Final Fantasy series’ 30th anniversary with a big event back in January, but brand manager Shinji Hashimoto said that it was just the beginning and there’s more to come with announcements later this year.
