2017-03-13_052249 Sega announced that Chain Chronicle V, the PS Vita version of their popular smartphone game Chain Chronicle, is terminating its service in Japan on May 12, 2017.   Chain Chronicle V originally launched in July 2014 and after about two years and ten months of service, Sega announced that they’re terminating its service. The company thanks fans for all the support over the years with a big thank you from the entire staff that would also like to apologize about the PS Vita version’s termination.   The game’s micro-transaction currency will end all sales starting March 14 and downloads for the game will no longer be available on the same day. As for the service, it’ll officially close its curtains on May 12, 2017 at 3:00pm JST, but current players can expect to continue seeing new events and characters until then.   Chain Chronicle V launched on PlayStation Vita in July 15, 2014.
