This particular game (also called Kameleon in Europe) is a simple Othello-like game involving dyeing hexagonal tiles to different colors, and gradually aiming to collect as many spaces on the board as possible. The game released back on the Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable, as well as an Android version and arcade version that have been discontinued.

The Nintendo Switch version will be getting a free Story Mode patch on December 19, which will explain why the characters are facing against each other. Presumably, the PS4 version will have that content at base.

Chameleon: To Dye For! is available on Nintendo Switch, and comes to PlayStation 4 on December 19, 2019 in Japan.
