Chaos Code Developer Also Made A Vita Game, Mononoke Slashdown

Recommended Videos

While Chaos Code is FK Digital’s flagship game, they also made the 3DS game Witch & Hero and Mononoke Slashdown for Vita. Mononoke Slashdown is an action game with an art style similar to Muramasa: The Demon Blade. The gameplay shares more in common with another Marvelous AQL game, Senran Kagura, since fights are in an small area just a tad bigger than the Vita’s screen. Maybe the best way to describe Mononoke Slashdown is it’s a cross between a mobile game and Muramasa.

FK Digital rebalanced Mononoke Slashdown by increasing Kagemaru’s attack power, decreasing the amount of life for some enemies, and made it easier to purchase items. The updated game also has a simple mode with regenerative health, which is designed for people that don’t usually play action games.
