Chibi-Robo Developers Cancelled A MotionPlus Game

Skip, the team behind Chibi-Robo, were working on Wii game that utilized Wii MotionPlus. “Were working on” are the key words here since the project has been canned.

“We cancelled a new sports game using Wii MotionPlus,” Keita Eto, Director, said to Official Nintendo Magazine. Details about the cancelled project weren’t mentioned.

Skip already has a few Wii games under their belt like the set of Art Style games for WiiWare and Captain Rainbow. This game would have been their first MotionPlus game, though. I wonder what it was… maybe, Chibi-Robo Sports? Captain Rainbow Championship Volleyball? Archime Word Olympics?
