Following the reveal of the Netflix Lego One Piece animated special, Lego revealed it is making four more sets based on the live-action adaptation that include one based on new Straw Hat member Tony Tony Chopper. Pre-orders are open direct through the official site and Amazon. They are all expected to ship on August 1, 2026, which is the same day the previously announced Gum Gum Fruit set debuts.
Each of the Lego One Piece sets features characters and situations found in season two of the live-action show. For example, we see some of the first moments the Straw Hat Pirates encountered and worked with Chopper, as there will be Battle at Drum Castle and Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout sets. One set lets you essentially build a Chopper figure with accessories like a backpack and potions. Another set features a naval encounter, as it is Showdown with Captain Smoker.
Here are the prices and direct links to each set on Lego’s site. All of them, except the Chopper larger figure, include minifigs of members of the cast.
- Battle at Drum Castle – $109.99
- Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout – $29.99
- Showdown with Captain Smoker – $69.99
- Tony Tony Chopper – $69.99

The four new Lego One Piece sets will launch on August 1, 2026, ahead of a two-part special that will air on Netflix September 29, 2026. The manga is handled by Viz Media outside Japan, the anime is streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix, and the first two seasons of the live-action adaptation are on Netflix now. Season 3 of the live-action show is also in the works, though there’s no release window for those new episodes yet. The One Piece, a new Wit Studio anime adaptation of the series, is also headed to Netflix.
