Classic Parasite Eve Confirmed For Game Archives

There’s been some Twitter talk about the PsOne Parasite Eve games getting a re-release on PlayStation Network. Today, Tetsuya Nomura confirmed we’ll see Parasite Eve on Game Archives.

He didn’t say which games though. In a vague statement, Nomura said a decision has been made, details are coming soon, and to please wait for the official announcement. Squaresoft released two Parasite Eve titles, Parasite Eve (which was more RPG-like) and Parasite Eve 2 (a survival horror style game).

While Square Enix released dozens of PsOne games as Game Archives downloads, only a few Square Enix games are on PlayStation Network in North America. We’re still waiting for Vagrant Story, which Europe has, in English, but we don’t.
