Corpse Party: Book of Shadows Will Terrify Players On January 15

Sachiko will return on January 15 when Xseed releases Corpse Party: Book of Shadows. This game from 5pb is a direct sequel to Corpse Party that uses a first person perspective instead of sprites. Players will examine areas kind of like a point and click adventure game.

Try not to freak out because frightened characters in Book of Shadows lose their composure and ability to make rational decisions. Some choices are timed which adds an element of pressure to the game’s tense atmosphere.

 

Bad decisions lead to grim "wrong ends," but you can replay Corpse Party: Book of Shadows in search of a happier(?) ending. There’s an option to fast forward text by holding the R button down which should make replays faster. Corpse Party: Book of Shadows will cost $19.99 on PlayStation Network.
