FuRyu announced that the PC Steam release of CRYMELIGHT, the latest in the CRY series, is delayed. It was supposed to appear on November 5, 2026 alongside the Switch 2 and PS5 versions. There’s no release date estimate for when the roguelike will launch on the storefront.
In the social media statement, FuRyu explained that the Valvue pre-release review process for launching the PC version of CRYMELIGHT on Steam is taking more time than expected and resulted in the game being delayed. As a result, it didn’t appear at 12am JST on November 5, 2026, which is 7am PT/10am ET/4pm CET on November 4, 2026. There is still a product page live on the store, however. People can also download the demo for the title while they wait for the full launch.
In CRYMELIGHT, players follow a young girl going by name of Alice as she fights through a Wonderland purgatory for a chance at facing the Queen and perhaps finding a reward. She’s accompanied by Mary and fights to learn more about her own sins, the sins of the other people trapped there, and what will happen when she reaches the Queen.
CRYMELIGHT is delayed on PC while it goes through the Steam review process, and it will be on the Switch 2 and PS5 on November 5, 2026.
