Crystar Introduces Key Characters Rei & Mirai Hatada, Mephis, Pheles, And Heraclitus

FuRyu’s upcoming PS4 action RPG Crystar by Kanon scenario writer Naoki Hisaya recently updated its official website with info on its key characters Rei & Mirai Hatada, Mephis, Pheles, and Heraclitus.   Rei Hatada (CV: Reina Kondou) Height: 145 cm Birthday: March 8 Blood Type: AB Gemstone Theme: Aquamarine, Amethyst Symbol: Unicorn The protagonist who fights to revive her sister “Mirai” that was killed in the afterlife world “Limbo.” This story isn’t anything about “saving the world” or anything like that, it’s about Rei’s own actions she takes to “revive head dead sister.”   She shows signs of instability and resorts to crying in hopeless situations “but nonetheless,” she has the strength to keep pushing forward.   Mirai Hatada (CV: Sayaka Senbongi) Height: 139 cm Birthday: July 12 Blood Type: O Gemstone Theme: Ruby, Bixbyite Symbol: ??? The beloved younger sister of the protagonist Rei. Due to a certain departed soul, she and Rei get taken from the real world to Limbo. Then Rei goes berserk after losing consciousness, and mistakenly attacks her…   Mephis (CV: Shiori Izawa) Height: 138 cm Birthday: August 28 Blood Type: ??? Gemstone Theme: Lapis Lazuli and Sunstone Symbol: ??? One of the managers of the afterlife world of Limbo. She’s collecting things that have been crystallized by tears in Limbo called “Ideas.” She’s straight-laced and has an outdated way of speaking. Pheles (CV: Rika Tachibana) Height: 138 cm Birthday: August 28 Blood Type: ??? Gemstone Theme: Jade, Peridot Symbol: ??? One of the managers of the afterlife world of Limbo. She’s collecting things that have been crystallized by tears in Limbo called “Ideas.” She’s emotionally unstable and a bit on the eerie side.   Heraclitus (CV: Joji Nakata) Gemstone Theme: Aquamarine Symbol: Unicorn Rei’s guardian. An existence fabricated by her soul and ideas. Unlike the other guardians of Rei’s friends, Heraclitus is a special guardian capable of understanding human speech.   Crystar releases in Japan on October 18, 2018 for PlayStation 4.
