Nintendo announced that they’re going to have a Nintendo Direct presentation for Culdcept Revolt, Omiya Soft’s upcoming 3DS title that mixes the elements of Magic: The Gathering and Monopoly.
As for how the game plays, imagine having a deck of Magic: The Gathering characters that move across a board game-like map to battle your opponent’s characters. You can look back at our earlier report for a peek at some gameplay footage that was shown during the latest Nintendo Direct back in March.
The Culdcept Revolt Direct will take place on May 11 at 8:30pm JST.
Culdcept Revolt will release in Japan in June 2016 for Nintendo 3DS. The game features over 200 new cards for a total of 400 cards. The characters are designed by Kinu Nishimura, known for her work on the Street Fighter series.
