Players can customize the look of their hero before sending them to their deaths in roguelike shooter Badass Hero.
Badass Hero uses a comic-book like art style for its action, which throws the player into fast-paced, 360 degree shooting combat against relentless enemies. For every downed creature, the player can collect ink that they can trade in to improve their hero with upgrades and skills.
The procedurally-generated maps offer new arenas and items on every run, forcing the player to make the best of the tools given to them. Players do have the option to customize many aspects of their character before a match begins, though, giving them a few things they can control. It will also allow for some silly looks for the player’s hero.
Badass Hero will be available sometime in 2017.
