The D4DJ Groovy Mix release date has been pinned down for Japan, which hopefully means that we’re also one step closer to the English one. During the July 21, 2020 Bushiroad livestream, the upcoming rhythm game was given an October 25, 2020 release date.

Other details about D4DJ Groovy Mix’s music were also revealed. For example, as pointed out by the official English Twitter account, “Love!Hug!Groovy!” will be the theme song. The 24 voice actresses will perform the track together.

A new music video from one of the D4DJ Groovy Mix groups was also shared. People can now watch “A Lot of Life” from Photon Maiden, which features the “performers” Ibuki Nijima (Ami Maeshima), Noa Fukushima (Hinata Sato), Saki Izumo (Risa Tsumugi), and Towa Hanamaki (Haruki Iwata).

As pointed out on Twitter, the next animated music video will involve the group Peaky P-key. One of its songs will be shared in September 2020.

For people curious about how D4DJ Groovy Mix plays, the official YouTube account shared a look at Merm4id’s “4U” played on the hard difficulty level.

D4DJ Groovy Mix will come to Android and Apple iOS devices in Japan on October 25, 2020. An English release is also planned, though there is no release window for it just yet.
