There’s a new Danganronpa Decadence survey from Spike Chunsoft about the Switch games. Most of it is rather generic and typical. It spends a lot of time gathering data about commonplace gaming habits and preferences. However, the 25th question brings up a spin-off not present on the system. It asks how interested people would be in a Switch port of Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls.
First, the Danganronpa Decadence survey asks questions to find out about the you. These include your age, gender, and where you live. From there, it talks about gaming habits. It asks what systems a person plays on, how often they play games, how they learn about games, and if they tend to pre-order titles. After that, the questions ask about what sorts of pre-order and limited edition items people like best. Things like Steelbook cases, figures, art books, soundtracks, and DLC are all among the possible options. It also asks if people watch streamers and which other companies they buy games from.
After that, the Danganronpa Decadence survey gets into questions about the games. It asks which ones people bought and how they learned about them. One series of questions asks what people thought about specific entries in the collection. It also asks why someone bought the games. Most importantly, this section asks, “Would you be interested a Nintendo Switch release of Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls games?” The response options are yes, no, and undecided.
Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls is the only entry in the series not to appear on the Switch. In an interview with Siliconera, Producer Shun Sasaki said, “… Ultra Despair Girls is extremely important to me on a personal level, so I would love to port it over some day.”
Danganronpa Decadence is available on the Nintendo Switch. It includes Danganronpa, Danganronpa 2, Danganronpa V3, and Danganronpa S. Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls is available on the PS4, Vita, and PC.
