More information on Dark Souls III has arrived online. Bandai Namco has released new screenshots, showing what people’s characters will look like in action after picking one of the ten available classes and heading into the game. Also, videos showing what to expect in the first 30 minutes of play and from the Firelink Shrine hub have appeared online.

Polygon has also provided three Dark Souls III videos, which go over the game’s opening, offer a look at the Firelink Shrine, and take people through an eleven minute montage of in-game footage.

Dark Souls III’s first 30 minutes of gameplay:

People who enjoy poring over character creators will be able to see some of the options available in this introductory video. You can choose a name, gender, an age, class, burial gift, face presets, build, and other appearance options. Under age, young, mature, and aged options are available. As for classes, people can be a knight, mercenary, warrior, herald, thief, assassin, sorcerer, pyromancer, cleric, or deprived.

Dark Souls III’s Firelink Shrine:

Firelink Shrine is the hub area for Dark Souls III, like Majula was for Dark Souls II and, well, Firelink Shrine was for the original Dark Souls. Players will be able to interact with NPCs and make purchases in this area.
