As part of an avalanche of Dead by Daylight 10th anniversary announcements, a Bubble Head Nurse and Silent Hill f heroine Hinako Shimizu will join the game. Hinako will be available on June 30, 2026. We won’t see the nurse until 2027.
Neither of these additions will be full characters. Rather, Behaviour went with skins for both the Konami icons. The Silent Hill f Hinako cosmetic is for the existing Dead by Daylight crossover Survivor Cheryl Mason. The Bubble Head Nurse is going to be an alternative look for The Spirit that is called Take Your Medicine. There’s no exact release date beyond the 2027 launch window for that.

There’s also a general roadmap for year 11 that covers June 2026 through April 2027. The next big crossover will be based on Friday the 13th and add Jason as a Killer. The original character Shane Wiigwaas will be an original character and Survivor this month. Terrifier is also on the way as a crossover. So is The Casting of Frank Stone in March 2027.
Dead by Daylight is out now for the PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the Silent Hill f Hinako Shimizu skin will show up for Cheryl Mason in the game on June 30, 2026. Silent Hill f is available on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
