Dead Cells Trailer Shows Off New Levels, Skins, And Enemies From The Free Rise of the Giant DLC

Developer Motion Twin shared a new trailer for their roguelike-metroidvania, Dead Cells, to show off some of the content coming in its next major DLC, “Rise of the Giant” that releases today on PC for free.

 

The Rise of the Giant DLC adds new levels, new bosses, a bunch of new enemies, weapons, skills, and even a pet owl. Check out more details from Motion Twin below:

  • 10 new enemy types
  • 10 new weapons have been introduced, including the Giant Killer, the Boi Axe and the Thunder Shield, if you’re into that sort of thing.
  • Three new skills have been included in the game
  • And for the most advanced players: Rise of the Giant holds a new hidden level including an entirely new ending to your story

Dead Cells is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The Rise of the Giant DLC will “follow soon” to PS4, Switch, and Xbox.
