Dead Rising Sequel Goes Multiplatform

Dead Rising was an Xbox 360 exclusive unless you count the Wii-make, Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop. Dead Rising 2 will invade three platforms: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PCs .

Set years after the original outbreak, Dead Rising 2 is set in Las Vegas Fortune City where there are thousands more zombies to face. Scratch that tens of thousands of zombies to face. Weapons so far include a roulette wheel, baseball bat, guitar, bicycle, and giant cell phone. While Capcom and Producer Keiji Inafune are overseeing the project Blue Castle Games in Vancouver, Canada is acting as the developer. Before Dead Rising 2 they worked on The Bigs, an arcade style baseball game published by 2K Sports.
