image Death by Cube, an Xbox Live Arcade shooter from Square Enix, is coming out on January 20. Hey, that’s the same day as Vandal Hearts: Flames of Judgment!

Square Enix already produced a downloadable Xbox 360 shooter, 0 Day Attack on Earth. Death by Cube is nothing like that game, though. It’s more like Geometry Wars with bullet reflecting shields and robots that leave a sticky red goo (don’t call it blood!) after they breakdown. It’s an edgy and has a style totally different from all of Square Enix’s other downloadable games.
