Death Note and Evangelion voice actors voice Kane & Lynch

t_eva.jpgDespite the Kane & Lynch controversy in North America notable FPS publisher in Japan, Spike, picked up the title and it isn’t getting a slipshod localization. Many Western games contain English voice acting with appropriate subtitles in Japan, but not Kane & Lynch: Dead Men. Spike pulled Naoya Uchida who recently did the voice for Soichiro Yagami in Death Note for Kane and Mugihito who voiced Keel in the Evangelion movie “You are Not Alone”.

This news will probably give Kane & Lynch a little extra buzz for the niche, but growing FPS audience in Japan. While the audience is small, Spike isn't giving up pushing the genre. A few months ago they released Bioshock in Japan.
