Kadokawa Games previously revealed that their PS Vita dungeon crawler is getting a free major update called “Call of the Grimodar” this fall, and the company announced that it’s releasing on October 21, 2016.
The new update is said to add as much content that is said to have almost as much volume as the entire main story, and will be there as a challenge for players that beat the game. Benny Matsuyama is in charge of the script and supervision, along with character designs by artist Kazushi Hagiwara, known for his work on Bastard!!.
Additionally, the update increases the level cap, making it go from level 50 to level 99.
The update also adds legendary weapons and plenty of other new items.
Demon Gaze 2 is currently available in Japan for PlayStation Vita. The free update becomes available on October 21, 2016.
