Demon Slayer Orchestra Concert Will Be Streamed in Theaters Across Japan

Demon Slayer Orchestra Concert

The upcoming Demon Slayer orchestra concert at the Pacifico Yokohama Hall on September 5, 2021, will also be available to watch live at various theaters across Japan. Fans will be able to enjoy music from the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train movie along with animated clips at the showings. The ticket lottery has already started, and standard tickets will be available from August 28, 2021. [Thanks, Famitsu!]

Featuring the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Demon Slayer concert is the second in the series following a similar event held last year. A new movie, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train, launched later on Japanese theaters and global streaming platforms. Along the way, it broke box office records.

Following its success, Aniplex plans to include several soundtracks from the critically acclaimed film in the second concert. The entrance will cost ¥4000 (about $36) for standard tickets. Attendees can get special exclusive merchandise with the premium ¥6000 (about $54) tickets. The special merch includes an A5 size fine graph art book, featuring key visuals from the orchestra concert event.

Ticket preorders started on August 12, 2021, and will run until August 15. Merchandise-included tickets are only available through preorder. Standard tickets are first-come-first-serve and will be available from August 28, 2021 to September 3, 2021. For a full list of all participating theaters, head to the official information page.
