The newest Destiny Child update has something exciting for both veteran and new players alike. In addition to two events, fans can play through a brand-new Narrative Dungeon starring the game’s superstar idol music group, Planet Party. Shift Up‘s Destiny Child is available on iOS and Android devices, and the new content is free.

From January 14-January 28, 2021, players can enter the new Narrative Dungeon called “A Dog’s Purpose.” Waiting inside the dungeon is the game’s superstar idol music group, Planet Party. Players can interact with them and discover the story behind the group deciding to reunite and perform again. Those who explore the new Narrative Dungeon will collect valuable rewards like five-star equipment and a five-star Dazzling Neptune. Those who beat the dungeon will also get two all-new characters: the Wood Type Supporter class five-star Dazzling Venus and the Water Type Defender class five-star Sparkling Neptune.

Additionally, the Destiny Child update adds two new events. The first is a collection of Planet Party Limited-Time Missions where players will collect glow sticks from each idol in the Planet Party group. This will net fans collectibles like five-star characters, equipment crafting tools, and ignition core materials. The second event is the “Nostalgia” Cover Song Challenge. Fans can share their best covers of Planet Party’s newest song on social media for a chance to win a Planet Party cheering towel.

Destiny Child and its new update are available now on iOS and Android devices. You can check out the game’s previous collaboration with Dead or Alive here.
