Deus Ex: Human Revolution Delayed For Extra Polishing Time

Square Enix originally planned to ship Deus Ex: Human Revolution by the end of this fiscal year. So, March would have been the latest release target for Eidos Montreal’s Deus Ex reboot.

Today, Square Enix changed their plans and delayed the game to their next fiscal term. This timeframe change will allow Eidos Montreal to spend further time polishing the game, Square Enix says.

 

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is in development for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. When we met with Eidos Montreal Jean-François Dugas, lead designer, told us test players, including a few invited Deus Ex fans, already played through the entire game at the studio and gave feedback to the team.
