Diablo amiibo Arrives In December 2018

A new Diablo collectible has been announced on Twitter, and it may catch the eye of every Nintendo Switch owner. A Diablo amiibo of a Loot Goblin will appear in December 2018.

The Diablo amiibo will work with Diablo III: Eternal Collection. If you use it, it will apparently summon a “portal to untold riches.” No other details on how it will be used were announced and a price was not revealed.

This Diablo Loot Goblin may look familiar. In the second Cute but Deadly line of Blizzard blind box toys, there is an aqua-colored Loot Goblin figure. This looks like it could be a red-repaint of that figure with amiibo functionality built into it.

Diablo III: Eternal Collection will come to the Nintendo Switch on November 2, 2018.
