Diablo IV Sorcerer Trailer

Diablo IV Sorcerer Uses Elemental Magic in New Trailer

Leading up to the release of Diablo IV, Blizzard shared a new trailer for the Sorcerer. One of several classes that will be returning, the trailer highlights the elemental prowess of this casting class. Players were given the opportunity to test out the Sorcerer during the open beta period, which allowed access to a multitude of different spells. Some of these spells were available in previous Diablo games, but still packed a punch.

A casting class, the Sorcerer will rely on players keeping a fair distance away from enemies. More vulnerable than the Barbarian or Druid, the Sorcerer makes up for it in the sheer amount of damage it can dish out. In the trailer, you can see the Sorcerer utilize frost, fire, and electric magic to wreak havoc against the hellish foes players will be facing in Sanctuary.

Previously, Blizzard shared a class trailer for the Rogue. Much like the Sorcerer, the Rogue is a class focused on DPS. However, it is capable of both ranged and melee attacks with high proficiency. Like the Sorcerer, it was available to play during the open beta period.

Diablo IV will release on June 6, 2023 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.
