Toei Animation shared a new trailer for the Digimon Beatbreak anime, which it announced back in March 2025, and in it the company confirmed the release date is October 5, 2025. The official website is also live and has an English language option, allowing people who don’t speak Japanese to meet every character.
In this latest Digimon series, we don’t see Digivices right from the start. Rather, most people own a Sapotama, which is a type of “AI support device.” Tomoro Tenma is part of a bounty hunting group called Golden Dawn. He, and later everyone on his team, end up being paired up with Digimon as a result. This might mean Tomoro could be one step closer to achieving the unknown goal that led him to joining Golden Dawn in the first place.
