This means Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth will be joining a number of other, recent Vita announcements where Asian versions of games will offer English language subtitles. Moe Chronicle, Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS Force all also offer English subtitles on the Asian physical copies. Since the Vita is a region-free device, it can play cartridges from any regions.
