Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten has a lot of downloadable characters like Gig from Soul Nomad, Ash from Phantom Brave, Rozalin from Disgaea 2, and (not pictured) King Krichevskoy. Altogether, there are 23 additional characters, six extra classes, all of the extra world parts, Survival Mode, Command Attack mode, Pirate Survival Duel, plus two DLC stories, one that focuses on Tyrant Valvatorez and another about Fuka & Desco.
Disgaea 4 Return for PlayStation Vita includes all of the DLC on cart plus a new storyline about Artnia. In addition to Peta level magic, Nippon Ichi also incorporated elements from the Vita game Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention and Disgaea D2.
Disgaea 4 Return includes a CD with the ten vocal songs from the entire Disgaea series as a bonus for pre-ordering the game, which comes out on January 30 in Japan.
