spirit1Nintendo and Tecmo Koei partnered to create a Fatal Frame spin-off for Nintendo 3DS. Spirit Camera: The Possessed Notebook comes with an AR notebook, which players view with the Nintendo 3DS.

The pack-in item is the center of the game’s story. Your character receives the cursed notebook and has to solve the mystery of it to break the curse.

The notebook makes ghosts and other specters pop out when you look at it with your 3DS. Spirit Photography also has a camera mode where you can take pictures of your friends hanging out with ghouls.

 

Spirit Photography: The Possessed Notebook comes out on January 12, 2012 in Japan.
