Dr. Baby Rosalina
- Stage Mode Skill – Changes objects (1) into rainbow capsules.
- Versus Mode Skill – Changes objects (2) in your stage into rainbow capsules.
Dr. Kamek
- Stage Mode Skill – Immediately eliminates viruses (4) of the most common color in the stage.
- Versus Mode Skill – Immediately eliminates viruses (4) of the most common color in the stage.
Penguin (Assistant)
- Stage Mode Skill – Fills skill meter 20% more when four or more viruses are eliminated at the same time.
- Versus Mode Skill – Grants 30% chance of disregarding opponent’s defense when attacking.
