Dracula Curses WiiWare With Faux Pachinko

Planet Pachinko sounds like a pachinko simulator, but it’s far from it. Allied Kingdoms’ WiiWare game is a fast paced shooter inside a pachinko machine and it looks sort of neat. Co-op play and a slime gun makes me curious enough to risk 500 Wii Points ($5) on it.

However, the Virtual Console also has Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse as another option. Like Planet Pachinko it’s also 500 Wii Points ($5). Trevor Belmont is the lead vampire hunter in this NES Castlevania game and this time you don’t hunt vampires alone. A dagger wielding pirate, elemental priestess, and Dracula’s son join Trevor on his quest. By the way did you know Alucard is Dracula backwards?

Jungle Speed is this week’s other downloadable game. We mentioned it before as a rumor. Now it’s confirmed and the tricky card matching game goes for 1,000 Wii Points ($10).
